Carl has over 25 years management consulting and leadership experience with a deeper focus in both the technology and retail sectors. With 20+ years in senior leadership, management, and executive roles, he has been at the forefront of driving growth and profitability for large, human-centric teams. He believes that creating authentic, trusted relationships between employees, leadership and customers is where the magic happens.

At Slalom, he helped build the company from its early days to over $3B in revenue. Carl served as the market leader for San Francisco as well as regional leader for Northern California responsible for establishing the overall vision, character, and execution strategy for the 700+ employees working there. Most recently, he led the global Account Leadership function for Slalom where he defined best practices and architecture for the firm’s revenue generation and relationship development teams. Additionally, he has helped negotiate hundreds of customer agreements across every discipline and industry.
